If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can review and resolve it.
Refunds (if applicable)
If your claim is approved, we will offer a replacement or a refund to your original payment method. Refunds may take 5–10 business days to process depending on your bank.
Incorrect Items
