We want you to absolutely love your Pretty Damage Co. goodies! If something isn't quite right, we're here for you. We accept returns within 14 days of delivery — no drama, just good vibes. 💕

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same sparkly condition you received it. 🌟

Slide into our inbox at hello@prettydamageco.com with your order number and a little note about what's going on. We'll get back to you faster than you can say "add to cart." 🛒✨

💸 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll send you a cute little email letting you know if your refund has been approved. 🎀 If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. (Good things take time, just like a good skincare routine! 🧴)

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, some items can't come back home — including sale items, gift cards, and any items marked as final sale. We know, we know... but rules are rules, even cute ones. 💋
